MY HAPPY PREGNANCY

I didnt knew at first that i was expecting until I felt an abdominal pain whenever I urinate and it really hurts. :(. i was thinking I had UTI (Urinary Tract Infectioin) so my husband and i rushed to the hospital and went to see an Obstetrician gynecologist. I had my urine examined and found no bacteria at all and was normal. So what was the pain all about? What was the cause? The doctor found out that I was pregnant for a month and experiencing an abortion. Simply means that the fetus could have drained together with my urine and be aborted and that causes the pain. I was so shocked and found tears on my eyes. I asked myself,  but WHY is this happening? WHY me? HOW did this happened? all these questions vanished when I started talking to God and made me realized and learned things that made me feel at ease. First, God wanted  me to LEARN  how should we take good care of ourselves specifically health.  Second, He wanted me to REALIZE that we are His greatest creation. We were wonderfully CREATED by God, not Made. Created because we were formed in His own hands and not by human. Lastly, He wanted me to KNOW how special babies are and it is a very big part of being a woman to become pregnant. Not all women can conceive and that I am blessed that I am able to bear a child.

Four months after,  my husband and I decided to go back to Cagayan de Oro City  (my hometown) since my husband has to go back to the US. So I continued all my check ups to a different gynecologist who is residing in CDOc. As I was taking the meds everyday and see the doctor for my prenatal check up every month, there were improvements regarding my condition. I thank God the baby was in good shape during my fourth month of my pregnancy. Well, God used the doctor as His instrument and the meds as well to keep my baby alive so I thank the Lord so much for everything and answering all my prayers. He is our Healer, indeed. Jehovah Rapha!

On my seventh month of being pregnant, i had my 4D unltrasound in which you can clearly see the face of your baby, the gender and if there are anomalies (physically). The gender says, I have a baby boy!  My baby got my chinese eyes and the rest he got it from his Papa.  Look the picture i posted. Isn't it great? Before you're gonna deliver your baby, you will be able to know what the baby looks like and you can see his movements inside the womb. Nice. Technology nowadays!

Back then, I was so excited to deliver my baby. I was waiting for my due date and it was supposed to be on the second week of December but I had it on the 28th of November 2009 since i had a Scheduled Cesarean Section.

Carrying the baby for nine months was hard because I cannot wear my old clothes anymore, i have a maternal pants though, my actions were limited because as what I have mentioned above you have to take good care of yourself and for the baby and most especially when my tummy was getting bigger, i had a hard time sleeping at night at any position. Gosh! That was very tiring and time painful to the bones. I had a little time to sleep at night at any point because i was getting uncomfortable lying and especially trying to get up from bed and my tummy was very very heavy.



The pictures posted above were taken at a place called "HILL". Those were my pictures when i was a happy pregnant woman and ofcourse the 4D ultrasound of my son. After a week, I gave birth to a healthy and a beautiful baby boy. :)



And now, i feel so happy and blessed!!
